Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Representative to join our team at Re:newcell. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Uppsala, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting client issues and providing effective solutions - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Providing feedback to management on client trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Creativity in finding solutions to client issues - Proficiency in various software and customer relationship management tools
