Job Description - Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


ABB Sweden is seeking a motivated and proactive Client Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Educate clients on products and services offered by ABB Sweden - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Demonstrated creativity and cooperation skills - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
