Job Description:
As a Client Support Representative at Mentimeter, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional support to our valued clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience with our platform and receive the assistance they need to maximize their use of Mentimeter.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Educate clients on the features and functionality of Mentimeter - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients - Document client interactions and feedback to improve our support services - Assist in the creation of support materials, such as FAQs and video tutorials - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product updates and enhancements
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Driven and resourceful attitude - Ability to effectively present information and communicate complex ideas - Strong planning and organizational skills - Comfortable working independently and remotely - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
