Job Description:
Happy Socks is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client inquiries and issues, and supporting the sales team with various tasks. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving client concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with the sales team to support client needs and assist with sales processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with client onboarding and account management tasks - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service - Reliable and resourceful with the ability to work independently - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
