Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Einride is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and innovative company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and issues via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical problems and provide solutions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues. 4. Handle customer escalations and provide support to resolve complex issues. 5. Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team on common customer issues and suggestions for improvements. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist clients with their questions and needs. 8. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and improve processes.


Requirements: 1. A passion for customer service and a desire to help others. 2. Ability to adapt to different situations and problem-solving skills. 3. Strong planning and organization skills. 4. Excellent communication and cooperation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required.
