Job Description:
Epidemic Sound is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Specialist to work remotely from home in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting them with any inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting client issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Educating clients on our products and services to help them maximize their usage and potential. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Documenting client interactions and feedback to improve our support processes. 6. Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and innovation within the client support team. 7. Assisting in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making abilities to handle client inquiries effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 6. Must have a dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection. 7. Adaptable to changing priorities and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
