Job Description:
Volvo Group is seeking a motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team and work remotely from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing client training materials, presentations, and other resources - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to better serve clients - Meet or exceed assigned targets for client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently from a remote location - Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Soft skills in strategic planning and presentation are highly valued - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
