Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Budbee, a leading logistics company in Uppsala, is looking for a Client Support Specialist to work remotely from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client queries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance client experience - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training and support as needed

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client support role, preferably in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
