Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


The Contact Center Assistant at Hilton in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting them with their inquiries and requests. This role requires a high level of professionalism and efficiency in handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from guests in a timely manner. 2. Providing assistance and information to guests regarding reservations, bookings, and general inquiries. 3. Resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. 4. Communicating with other departments within the hotel to coordinate guest requests. 5. Maintaining accurate records of all guest interactions and transactions. 6. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Independent and resourceful individual who can work well under pressure. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong strategic planning abilities. 5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. 8. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
