Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Kry Livi is seeking a reliable and independent Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an entry-level position, we welcome individuals with zero years of experience who are looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues - Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Supporting the contact center team with administrative tasks as needed - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service

Requirements: - Reliable and independent personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
