Job Description:
Essity is currently seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Driven and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards challenges - Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative work culture - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
