Job Description:
Kivra is seeking a resourceful and energetic Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support questions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. 4. Use decision-making skills to resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and effective manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service delivery. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 8. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and analytical skills. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
