Contact Center Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Fingerprint Cards in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering and directing incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department - Providing excellent customer service to clients and assisting with inquiries and issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer service experience - Assisting with project management tasks as needed - Supporting the Contact Center Manager in various administrative tasks

Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably - Strong innovation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High attention to detail and organizational skills
