Job Description:

Evolution Gaming is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
