Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Electrolux Professional is seeking a dynamic and organized Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our sales and customer service teams. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process customer orders and follow up on order status - Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary - Assist with sales support tasks such as preparing quotes and processing returns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Adaptable and resourceful, able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency - Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
