Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Cint. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team in assisting with customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills. 8. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Self-motivated and driven to provide excellent customer service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
