Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Starbreeze Studios, a leading interactive entertainment company, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is resourceful, passionate, creative, and has strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) - Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
