Polestar, a leading automotive company revolutionizing the industry with sustainable and cutting-edge designs, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team. This role is a remote, part-time position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, with a focus on customer service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about Polestar products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through problem-solving steps. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 7. Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer experience and exceed their expectations. 8. Work closely with the Contact Center team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle challenging situations with grace. 3. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively. 4. Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and promote brand loyalty. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. 7. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 8. Availability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business.
