Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Lifesum is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our users.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating our app and website, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions about our services. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 4. Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
