Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Starbreeze Studios is seeking a confident and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time entry-level position, the Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our players and community. This role will require critical thinking and creativity to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and gameplay questions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with a passion for helping others - Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Creative approach to finding solutions and improving customer experience - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus) - High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
