Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding hotel reservations, amenities, and services - Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications to reservations - Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Work closely with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
