Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Fingerprint Cards is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service. We are looking for confident and independent individuals with strong emotional intelligence and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide information on company products and services - Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participate in training and ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude - Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus - Must be fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus - Must be eligible to work in Sweden
