Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

NEVS is seeking a motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team in the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling incoming and outgoing calls with a high level of empathy and patience - Utilizing strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions - Following company guidelines and protocols while communicating with customers - Keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting key performance indicators and targets set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations - Resourceful and driven mindset to solve problems effectively - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
