Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Hövding, a leading company in Uppsala, is seeking a talented Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general questions - Provide product recommendations and assistance with placing orders - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team player - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
