Job Description - Contact Center Manager

As a Contact Center Manager at Cint, located in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center and ensuring exceptional customer service. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the contact center, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. - Train and mentor contact center staff to ensure a high level of customer service. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. - Analyze data and trends to continuously improve the contact center's performance. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.


Requirements: - Experience in contact center management or a related field. - Confident and passionate individual who can inspire and lead a team. - Strong project management and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving KPIs and improving customer satisfaction. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
