Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Tobii Technology. As a global leader in eye tracking solutions, we are looking for a motivated individual who can help manage our contact center operations remotely.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience and increase customer satisfaction - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain contact center performance metrics - Train and mentor team members to increase productivity and performance - Implement best practices and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in contact center management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Confidence and resourcefulness in solving complex problems - Attention to detail and creativity in finding innovative solutions - Experience with CRM software and contact center technologies - Vision insurance and company transportation benefits - Equal opportunity employer
