Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Starbreeze Studios is looking for a motivated and driven Contact Center Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the contact center team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Provide coaching and training to contact center staff to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate customer service initiatives and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contact center management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and other contact center tools - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong research and time management skills
