Job Description:
As a Contact Center Manager at Husqvarna Group, you will be responsible for leading our team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our customers. This position will be based in our office in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily operations of the contact center and ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor contact center staff to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the contact center operations.
Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong analytical skills and experience in people management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing a contact center team. 5. Proficiency with customer service software and tools. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
