Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at DICE, a leading company in the gaming industry. This part-time position is based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, and is at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our remote contact center operations - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives and ensure they meet performance goals and KPIs - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date on products, policies, and procedures - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on contact center performance and initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in managing a remote contact center team - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills - Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
