Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Electrolux is currently seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As a global leader in home appliances, Electrolux is dedicated to shaping living for the better through our innovative products and solutions.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the contact center team to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center operations and performance - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 7 years of experience in customer service or contact center management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology
