Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Oatly is looking for a skilled Contact Center Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service department. This is a part-time position for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a contact center environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service to our customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor metrics such as call volume, response time, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are prepared to handle customer inquiries - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a contact center environment - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations - Independent and able to make decisions autonomously - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Previous experience managing a team is preferred
