Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Nudie Jeans is seeking a remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a focus on supporting our contact center operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure a high level of service delivery - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate customer service activities - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer service

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Critical thinking and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with customer service software and tools - Knowledge of sustainable practices is a plus
