Job Description:
Sandvik is seeking a highly skilled Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Uppsala. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate confidence and independence in their work. As a Remote Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 6. Confidence in handling challenging situations with customers. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
