Job Description:
Kivra is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Stockholm. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate is adaptable, passionate, a natural leader, and skilled in planning.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing product and service information to customers - Assisting with customer account management and billing inquiries - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Adhering to company guidelines and quality standards
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Adaptability to changing work environments and schedules - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent planning and organization skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent
