Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Sinch is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE on a part-time basis. This position is entry level and requires no prior experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable and independent, with strong planning and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Processing orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
