Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Sandvik is seeking a passionate and resilient Contact Center Officer to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service and sales.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve communication and sales skills

Requirements: - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
