Job Description:
Tetra Pak is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, Tetra Pak is committed to environmental responsibility and promoting sustainable practices in all aspects of our business.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Manage and update customer accounts and information as needed - Document all customer interactions and follow-up on unresolved issues - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries - Meet and exceed performance metrics for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Independent and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
