Contact Center Officer - Work from home

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Officer at Oatly, a leading plant-based food and beverage company. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE on a part-time basis.

As a Contact Center Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering timely and accurate responses to their queries.

In addition to handling customer inquiries, you will also be responsible for managing and updating customer information in our database, analyzing customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and resolve customer complaints.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role is required, and experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
