Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Securitas AB is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in a work from home capacity. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients - Documenting all interactions in the company's database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable individual - Ability to think creatively and problem solve effectively - Excellent time management skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
