Contact Center Representative

Job Description: As a Contact Center Representative at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, product information, returns, and more. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and efficient resolution to customer issues - Demonstrate product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Motivated and adaptable to changing environments - Ability to effectively analyze and research customer inquiries - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
