Job Description - Contact Center Representative

As a Contact Center Representative at SKF in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Utilize CRM software to accurately record and document customer interactions. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on customer queries. 6. Meet and exceed customer service metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. 8. Assist in creating standardized responses and templates for common customer inquiries.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to provide top-notch customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. 3. Innovative thinker with analytical abilities to identify trends and solve problems. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
