Contact Center Representative

As a Contact Center Representative at SKF in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3.
