Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Acast is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, SE. As a Contact Center Representative at Acast, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, and possess excellent planning and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges - Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets set by the company - Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
