Essity, a global hygiene and health company, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
As a Remote Contact Center Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service - Utilizing problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns - Providing accurate information about Essity products, services, and promotions - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records in our database - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
