Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Trustly is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Stockholm. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and provide solutions to their problems. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently. 5. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and call resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Must be adaptable to changing workflows and customer needs. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
