Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cint is seeking a dedicated and reliable Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Associate Level representative, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Meet productivity and performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - Must be reliable and able to work independently from home - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to think creatively and adapt to new situations - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
