Sandvik is seeking a motivated and adaptable Contact Center Representative to join our team and work from home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
