Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description: Fingerprint Cards is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Utilize research skills to answer customer inquiries effectively - Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and administrative tasks

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Energetic and dedicated personality with a positive attitude - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
