Job Description:
As a Contact Center Representative for Husqvarna Group, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with orders or returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Use research and project management skills to address complex customer queries. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response times, and call resolution.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. 4. Motivated and energetic personality traits to provide top-notch customer service. 5. Strong research and project management skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center technology. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
