Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer complaints via phone or email - Provide product information to customers - Process orders, forms, and applications - Identify and escalate priority issues - Route calls to appropriate resources - Follow up customer calls where necessary - Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle high volume of calls - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
