Job Description:
DICE is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will play a key role in the success of our contact center operations.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers - Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM systems and other software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support and guidance to team members - Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues - Participate in strategic planning sessions to help improve overall customer satisfaction and contact center efficiency
Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
